Indulge in ultimate relaxation with the six-seat hot tub conveniently located on the lodge’s decking, shielded by a privacy screen. The warm and cozy lounge area offers comfortable sofas with scattered cushions, a coffee table, and a free-standing Smart TV. Stay connected with free wireless broadband and choose from a selection of books, games, and DVDs for entertainment. The dining area features a rectangular wooden table and six chairs, and the sitting area by the glazed window fills the space with natural light, creating a spacious feel.

The fully fitted modern kitchen includes all the essentials along with a few thoughtful extras, such as a dishwasher, slow cooker, and coffee machine—providing everything you need for a relaxing, self-catered stay. Retreat to the luxurious master bedroom, where a large window frames picturesque countryside views. This room features a comfortable double bed, two bedside units, a spacious wardrobe, and a large mirror, while the ensuite shower room offers a corner shower cubicle, wash basin, and toilet.

The second bedroom provides generous space for additional guests, complete with two superbly comfortable single beds and a bedside unit. Fresh bed linen is provided to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The main bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, wash basin, toilet, and vanity mirror, with fresh hand and bath towels ready for your arrival.

This holiday lodge is located within Haulfyn’s Finlake Resort & Spa, set across 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside. It is right on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park and only a short drive away from the seaside (English Riviera). The on-site leisure complex offers a heated indoor and outdoor pool with water flumes, an adventure playground, a luxury spa, and a fitness centre. Various on-site group activities for all ages are available for booking at the resort, as are the tennis and basketball courts. The two on-site coarse fishing lakes are full of bream, roach, dace, large crucian carp and perch. The on-site café and the Retreat (Sports Bar & Restaurant) serve lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In the evenings you can also enjoy a game of pool or occasional guest singers. 

The resort, owned and managed by Haulfryn Group Limited, offers a fabulous leisure complex with a heated indoor waterpark/pool, an excellent fitness centre, a well-equipped gym, a sauna, and a steam room. Furthermore, onsite group activities for all ages and abilities (e.g. archery, aeroball, Segway safari, axe throwing) are available on the resort site. Why not try something new or adventurous (e.g. sea scooters, fencing) Or maybe have a game of tennis or golf at the local golf course? Our guests are also welcome to visit the luxury on-site Sirona Spa. It is the perfect place to relax, rewind and reset.  

Children will love the outdoor pool with a water slide and a splash area for toddlers during the summer months. Similarly, the onsite adventure park, nature trails, tennis courts, coarse fishing lakes and horse riding provide sporting opportunities for everyone. 

The onsite Retreat Bar and Restaurant serves lunch and à la carte evening meals. Similarly, the Hub offers breakfast, light bites and an extensive takeaway menu for the guests to enjoy freshly cooked food in the comfort of their own accommodation.
